GARE 55 has 10 rooms and studios, each with a private bathroom and kitchenette, the largest studio is for 3 people. The common areas with industrial kitchen, 75" TV in the sitting area and an all-in-one sound system are also all yours.
The price for the entire property so the 10 rooms, 21 beds, a very large common area, garden, terrace, charging stations and 11 parking spaces is as follows:
- WEEKEND: (arrival Friday - departure Sunday): for 2 nights, - additional nights at €1,000 per night between €1,800 and €2,750 depending on the season
- MIDWEEK: (arrival Sunday - departure Friday): €1,500 for 2 nights, additional nights at €650 per night
- breakfast not included
- bed linen included
- energy - water is charged according to consumption (but it is a very energy-efficient building)
- deposit 1.000€ at reservation - balance 3 weeks before arrival
- security deposit = 1,000€ to be deposited 3 weeks before arrival
- rooms include bed linen as well as final cleaning
